• Job Description:

  1. Handling customer inquiries through phone communication.
  2. Efficiently processing customer orders using the system.
  3. Proficiency in moderating pages and engaging in chat with customers when necessary.
  4. Ensuring timely follow-ups with customers as required.
  5. Redirecting customer inquiries to relevant departments when necessary.


• Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
  2. Full-time availability is mandatory.
  3. Typing speed of 25 words per minute with 75% accuracy.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong negotiation abilities.
  6. Demonstrated capability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  7. Fluent in English.


  • Working Hours: 8 hours, including a 1-hour break
  • Shifts: Rotational
  • Work Location: Mokattam (remote work not permitted)
